Third Blog Post

Hey, blog.

UPDATES.

Graduation was last week. At one of the ceremonies, a professor granted us Saturday to celebrate and cautioned us to take Sunday—the first official day of our post-graduation lives—seriously, as it sets the tone for the first few weeks as non-students. Quite fortunately, I was invited to sing at a friend’s musical workshop and I had a great time trying out contact-improvisation for the first time. One of the other actors told me “[I] must be crazy in the jam,” but I thought she said “gym,” not “jam”—as I didn’t know what a “jam” was—, and, completely, out of breath, I was both flattered and confused. A “jam” seems to be a contact-improv orgy of sorts—a gathering where everyone is fluidly participating in contact improv. Apparently jams are hosted all over the city!

My roommate ordered a back-drop that we can use for self-tapes. Here is a recent self-tape, showcasing its vibrant blue hue. Hannah is playing the electric guitar.

ISO.

I’m looking for an agent. Right now, I am investigating any leads sent in my direction, so please send any contacts my way. I actually have a Google Slides presentation prepared to share with agents that details the reasons I’d be a great actor to represent. I am totally locked and loaded.
